
Process is very important to us, it makes sure that we get things right for you. We also like to monitor and measure the activities within our process, then we can tell you how many times we are getting it right and on the odd occasion that we do get something wrong we can find out why. We have many processes and some are even complicated enough to be called a methodology. The processes that are likely to be important to you are outlined below.
Project EngagementOur project engagements typically involve one or more iterations of he below process...

| Develop | Using our findings we will bring together the appropriate skills mix for the design and development of the project. |
| Test | Using our team of Quality Assurance specialists, we will rigorously test our deliverables against your requirements. Out Testers are rewarded on the number of errors they find! |
| Implement | Once fully tested by our team and approved by your organisation we will commence the implementation phase, being sure to minimise systems disruption. |
| Review | Once fully implemented and live, we will continue to support our development and liaise with you and your team to ensure maximum benefit is derived. |
Skillsource Engagement
With skillsource its a little different, we work through the following process
| Consult | Our team will work with you to define the scope of your requirement, helping you develop a person specification and a job description |
| Recruit | Using recruitment resource in offshore territories along with an extensive existing candidate base we will advertise your requirement, collate CV’s, telephone and face to face interview appropriate candidates (with or without your assistance and involvement) and finally make a recruitment recommendation. It typically takes 3 weeks from commencement to the successful candidate starting work |
| Manage | We will accommodate your new team at our premises and provide everything they need to work. They will be line managed by a technology team lead appropriate to their skillset and also by a project team lead who will report directly to you. They are employed by us but they only work for you! |
| Report | We have a comprehensive communication suite including email, IM and VOIP, we use a workflow tracking tool that you have access to so at any time you know where your workers are up to and we have process for formal reporting on a daily or weekly basis. |
| Review | We will review your workers progress on a monthly business with you and his technical team leader. In the event that you are not satisfied we will commence the recruitment process again and replace the worker. |
